"Predestination".

See "Election" "Reading in Context". Real definition:

Carefully considering all that is written in a text surrounding a Bible verse as well as carefully determining who wrote the passage, to whom it was written, what the general situation was, and who any interlocuter was that the passage is meant to answer.

Calvinist definition: Presupposing the teachings of Augustine, as expanded on by Calvin, as well as other "giants of the faith", cherry-picking chapters and isolated verses out of Scripture if they seem like they match with said presuppositions, and utterly ignoring, downplaying or explaining away any other Scriptures that clearly contradict the presuppositions.

"Sovereignty". Real definition:

Having full and absolute power and authority to do and rule as one pleases.

Calvinist definition:

Meticulously micromanaging everything in creation down to the very atoms, delegating nothing to subordinates, decreeing and predetermining all things good, bad and indifferent, creating angels and humans who cannot do anything but evil they were decreed by the "sovereign" to do, yet are blamed and punished for it while the "sovereign" is held blameless and perfect.
