For a synopsis of God's plan, as I have stated, that "All Men" means NOT Just Jews but gentiles too, and does not mean "every single person" read Isaiah 49. The "Servant" who is Jesus is called "Israel.' HE is the ONLY true Israel! And only IN HIM is ANY person "Israel." Which is why Paul says "Not all who are Israel are Israel... ..In other words, it is not the children by physical descent who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring." (Romans 9) And who is it that the Servant, Israel, Jesus, will save? Verses 5-6 "to bring JACOB (earthly Israel) back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am honored in the eyes of the Lord and my God has been my strength— 6 he says: “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I HAVE KEPT Who are the ones God "HAS KEPT?" Answer: The ELECT, Just as Paul tells us in Romans 11: What Israel (national Israel) sough so earnestly it DID NOT obtain, but THE ELECT among them DID obtain it! Yes, God only chose SOME to "bring back" by "The Servant" Jesus, and His Gospel! The ones HE "has kept." This is exactly like Paul tells us when He quotes Isaiah 1:9 in Romans 9:29 "Unless THE LORD had left us a REMNANT..." What is a remnant? Answer: A very small part of the whole! They were only saved by GOD'S Grace to choose them and have mercy on them! ALL OF THEM were equally as wicked! "ALL we like sheep have gone astray. EACH of us has turned his own way." Yes my friend, God chose His elect from the foundation of the world! THEY are His sheep! They MUST come to Jesus! They cannot, NOT come to Jesus! "All that the father has given me WILL come to me." Jesus did not come to turn goats into sheep or tares into wheat. He came to "seek and to save that which was lost." The sheep are ALREADY His and He must find t hem! And HE WILL find them because He is not willing that ANY of His "little ones" (sheep) should perish (see Matthew 18:12-14) THIS is the same context of 2 Peter 3:9 This is the same context of Genesis 18:25 God was not willing that any of the RIGHTEOUS should perish and would have withheld his judgment on Sodom and Gomorrah for THEIR sake. This is the same context in Matthw 13 where the landowner will not root out the tares for the sake of the WHEAT! You need to read your bible AND believe what it actually says! Even if you don't like it!
